Olivier Flamant has been setting up amazing restaurants for years for other people. He thought, why not put together the best team and actively seek out this work. I was having lunch at a sandwich shop he had developed when he mentioned it to me and asked if I could help brand this new venture. From name to custom typography I feel we really captured the essence of the Frenchman and his business.
